MAKING A BOOKING 

You can make a booking by contacting our studio on 48173389, through our business pages on facebook and Instagram by clicking “book now” or sending us a message, or by booking online through our booking app FRESHA. Please respect our privacy by only contacting our stylists for enquiries through our business and not on our personal phones or personal social media pages. We receive a high number of enquiries daily, it is important we keep all our enquiries within the business so that we can avoid not responding and making errors. 

CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT

We will send you a courtesy reminder SMS message 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you book online through the FRESHA app, you can cancel or reschedule your booking through the FRESHA app up to 24 hours before your appointment. For those who booked their appointment in-store or over the phone, this text will ask you to confirm your appointment by clinking on the link. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call 48173389 or message our business page on Facebook. 

ONLINE BOOKINGS

Download the app ‘FRESHA’ to book, view, change and cancel your appointments. To confirm your online booking you will need to enter your nominated card details and accept our cancellation policy (please see below). FRESHA pay will NOT charge your card upon booking, it securely encrypts your card details much like PayPal and your sensitive information is NEVER displayed to us.

Please ensure that you have selected all the services you require as accurately as possible or contact us and we can help you select the services. 

NEW CLIENTS who are wanting colour are required to book in for a complimentary colour consultation prior to making a booking. If this discussion isn’t considered, there may be disappointment with your estimation of the allocated time/service not being adequate to achieve your desired result and we may need to reschedule. 

LATE ARRIVALS

Please call us to let us know. Whatever the circumstances, please be aware that the service time you require has been reserved especially for you. Please understand that if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. 

CANCELLATION POLICIES

We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice can incur a 50% cancellation fee. A full cancellation fee of the booked services may be imposed for those who don’t show for their appointment and have made no attempt in contacting us. 

PAYMENTS

All payments to be finalised in full at completion of service. We won’t accept IOU’s. We accept After Pay, Zip Pay, Salon Pay, Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS and cash. 

DEPOSITS

Deposits may be required to confirm your booking if you have not shown up for a previous appointment. They also may be required for long appointments and weddings. 

CHILDREN

Children are welcome but please be mindful of our other clients’ experience. Children remain your responsibility at all times. For the safety of your child and our stylists, we will not force children to have their hair cut, if your child is upset we will need to reschedule the appointment.
